3. Video Production Service Availability
The availability of video production services is not guaranteed through this website. Enquiries submitted via this website do not constitute a booking, reservation, or confirmed agreement.
Video production service availability, capacity, timelines, and suitability for a specific project are assessed on an individual basis following an enquiry. A project is only confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing to the specific terms, scope, and deliverables applicable to that project.

- Deliverables — number of videos, durations, formats, aspect ratios
- Editing scope and revision rounds
- Subtitle requirements
- Colour treatment and audio work
- Music and audio licensing requirements
- Third-party assets and associated costs or restrictions
- Usage rights — platforms, territories, duration, commercial use

- Production fees, payment terms, and invoicing arrangements
- Cancellation and variation provisions applicable to that project
5. No Guaranteed Performance Outcomes
Content performance depends on campaign strategy, audience, platform, distribution, creative quality, budget, timing, and wider marketing activity.
No engagement level, reach, sales, ranking, revenue, click-through rate, conversion rate, or viral result is guaranteed by VidMotion Films Ltd.
No statement on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of any specific business outcome, commercial result, audience response, or marketing performance from any video content produced.
6. Third-Party Music, Assets, and Licensing
Third-party music, stock footage, stock imagery, stock audio, location access, talent fees, venue permissions, and third-party supplier costs may have separate costs, restrictions, or supplier terms that are outside VidMotion Films Ltd's control.
All third-party licensing requirements are confirmed per project. Clients are responsible for ensuring that usage of any assets they supply is lawful and does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
